General Household Survey reveals citizen sentiments on religion, staying single and income

The Department of Statistics (DOS) released the report on the General Household Survey 2025, which shows varying sentiments about topics like income and religion among Singaporeans from 2020-2025.

Some key findings include: more young residents, between the ages of 25 and 34, staying single; one in four Singaporeans across all ages having no religious affiliations by 2025; about one in seven families having an annual income of at least $30,000, and over 50 per cent of households earning over $12,000.
