CDC Vouchers, Support for Businesses, as Part of S$900 Million in Government Support

Transport Minister and Second Minister for Finance, Jeffrey Siow, and Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry and Culture, Community and Youth, Low Yen Ling announced an additional $900 million in support measures.

In January 2027, $300 CDC vouchers and $190 U-Save rebates will be given to eligible HDB households. The rebates will also be given in October 2026. At least S$250 per month of ComCare Interim Assistance will be given to lower-income households up to three months.

Small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs) will receive a new Cash Grant in November 2026 of $500 per employee, capped at $2,500 per SME, and an enhancement in the Enterprise Financing Scheme. Additionally, stalls in government-managed and appointed markets and hawker centres will receive rental support dispersed across six months of $1,200 per cooked food stall and $600 per market stall.
