• Chotto Desh by Akram Khan Company
A 50-minute performance blending dance, shadow play and animation, exploring themes of identity, memory, and belonging. Adapted by Theatre-Rites director Sue Buckmaster, this show, part of Esplanade’s March On festival, blends Kathak and contemporary dance with storytelling.

• Antara Dua: Between Two Choices, A Destiny Prevails
The production explores the intersections between Indian and Malay mythologies through Bharatanatyam, Kathak and Dikir Barat. A first-time collaboration between NUS Indian Dance and NUS Dikir Barat, Antara Dua comprises three pieces, two by each of the groups separately, and a joint, interdisciplinary finale.

• Tamil Language Festival
The Tamil Language Council’s (TLC) 20th edition of the Tamil Language Festival will take place from March 28 to April 26. It will have 43 programmes by 44 partners, which will rally the Tamil-speaking community in Singapore to “Love Tamil, Speak Tamil” and embrace the use of their mother tongue in their daily lives. The TLC has brought partners together for a special outreach event on March 14 to create greater awareness and interest in the community.
