In honour of Singapore’s 60th anniversary, global jeweller Joyalukkas is launching a special 10-day celebration from August 1 to 10, 2025, with festive offers designed to reflect the spirit of prosperity and unity.

As part of the SG60 celebration, customers purchasing 60 grams of gold jewellery will receive a free 1-gram 22K SG60 Special Edition Gold Coin.

Additionally, Joyalukkas will absorb the 9 per cent GST on all diamond jewellery purchases, making it an ideal time for jewellery lovers to indulge or gift something timeless.

These limited-time offers pay tribute to Singapore’s remarkable journey over six decades and highlight Joyalukkas’ ongoing commitment to the communities it serves.

Whether to commemorate a personal milestone or simply celebrate the national occasion, the SG60 festive collection offers a meaningful way to mark this historic moment.

Mr John Paul Alukkas, managing director of Joyalukkas Group, said: “Singapore has always held a special place in our journey. We are proud to celebrate SG60 with exclusive offers that reflect our gratitude and commitment to this remarkable country. These celebrations honour both the nation’s progress and the people who made it possible.”

Known for its world-class craftsmanship and festive spirit, Joyalukkas invites customers across Singapore to visit their nearest showroom to explore the SG60 special collection, and enjoy these celebratory offers.

Last month, Joyalukkas announced its partnership with Indian multinational technology company Zoho to unify its sales operations and customer experience across its global operations.

Beginning as a single store in 1956, Joyalukkas started its global expansion in 1987. It has evolved from physically selling jewellery to an omnichannel footprint. With that evolution, the company has sought to enhance its customer experience platform.

It sought a solution that would help them provide a personalised, scalable system that would engage with customers in real-time across its international footprint.

The Zoho platform was selected for its ability to bring greater cohesion, intelligence, and agility to its operations. The modern customer experience platform enhances visibility and delivers on Joyalukkas’ customer-centric vision at scale.

Mr Alukkas said: “In a business like ours where trust, heritage and emotional connection define the customer relationship, experience is everything. With operations spanning diverse geographies and millions of touchpoints, we needed more than just a customer relationship management. We needed a platform that could unify data, adapt to local nuances and scale globally.

“Zoho’s Customer Experience Platform gives us that foundation. It enables our teams to engage with customers not just based on transactions, but with a deep understanding of their preferences, behaviours and context.”
