Diners in Singapore can now savour the rich, bold flavours of India’s bustling street food culture without ever leaving the city, thanks to a vibrant culinary collaboration between The Line restaurant and the High Commission of India.

Since Oct 6, The Line at Shangri-La Singapore has transformed its lunch and dinner buffet into a celebration of India’s most beloved street eats.

Guests are transported straight to the lanes of Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata with an exciting menu featuring tandoori delicacies, aloo matar kachori, kathi rolls, bun maska, chaat platters, and classic Indian desserts like ras malai and moong dal halwa.

This culinary showcase honours India’s vibrant street food heritage while offering a gourmet twist, delivering both authenticity and indulgence.

Whether you’re craving savoury or sweet, the buffet brings a taste of India’s most iconic roadside dishes to your plate in the heart of Singapore.

Guests can enjoy this gastronomic journey at S$68++ per person on weekdays and S$88++ per person on weekends, available during lunch (12pm–2.30pm) and dinner (6pm–9.30pm) services.

As a special promotion, groups of four pay for only three, making it an ideal outing for families and friends alike.

This Indian Street Food Festival, which ends on Oct 26 at The Line is part of ongoing SG60 celebrations, commemorating 60 years of diplomatic ties between Singapore and India, and showcasing the cultural connection between the two nations through the universal language of food.
