Apple Cider vinegar

Carom seeds detox water
Carom or ajwain seeds can curb your hunger and improve digestion. Soak overnight a teaspoon of the seeds in two cups of water before boiling. Strain and drink it warm, adding a squeeze of lemon for flavour.
