Akshay Kumar says he fell in love with Mudgal, a training method that requires practitioners to swing weighted clubs, after watching his father practice it.
“For years now, I’ve been swinging my way to fitness every day with this 6.5kg traditional Indian wooden club,” he said in an Instagram post.
