Comedian-musician Munawar Faruqui received a hero’s welcome when he arrived home after winning the reality television show Bigg Boss 17.
Thousands of residents thronged the streets of Dongri in Mumbai and mobbed his car as he alighted.
Munawar, who won more than Rs50 lakh ($80,000) and a Hyundai Creta car, folded his hands as he thanked his fans and well-wishers for their love and support.
