Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu told Neha Dhupia in an interview that her daughter Devi was diagnosed with Ventricular Septic Disease, with two holes in her heart, three days after she was born on Nov 12, 2022.
Bipasha and her husband Karan Singh Grover were devastated when they learnt of their daughter’s condition, which required open-heart surgery.
Acknowledging the support from fellow mothers who helped her through the challenging time, Bipasha said she admired her daughter’s strength and resilience. She also said each day of her motherhood journey is a learning experience filled with both turbulence and marvel.
