Bhagyashri Borse has revealed that co-star Dulquer Salmaan insisted on being slapped for real while filming a key scene in their hit period mystery drama Kaantha.
The actress admitted she hesitated, but Dulquer pushed for authenticity, enduring multiple takes that left his face red.
Directed by Selvamani Selvaraj, Kaantha continues its strong box-office run.
