South Indian singer Chinmayi Sripada was banned for five years after she came out with her #MeToo story.
But she has announced her comeback with director Lokesh Kanagraj’s film Leo.
“I am a million times grateful to Mr Lokesh Kanagaraj and (producer) Mr Lalit for taking this stand,” she wrote on X. “That is my voice in Leo for Trisha. And guess what? I also dubbed in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.”
In 2018, the singer accused Tamil lyricist Vairamuthu of sexual misconduct.
