Varalaxmi Sarathkumar will debut as a director with Saraswathi, under her new banner Dosa Diaries, a new production company she has started with her sister, Pooja Sarathkumar.
Also starring in the Tamil film with Prakash Raj and Priyamani, she transitions from actor to producer-director.

Varalaxmi made her debut as a heroine in the film Poda Podi, starring Simbu and directed by Vignesh Sivan. Later, she acted in many films, not only playing a charming heroine but also as a supporting actress.
