Namaste Bharat 2026 will return to Suntec Singapore from Oct 22 to 25, bringing together Indian culture, cuisine, fashion, handicrafts and entertainment in a four-day celebration.

The 14th edition of the annual exhibition, previously known as Singapore International Indian Expo, will feature more than 150 exhibitors showcasing Made in India products, including traditional textiles, handcrafted goods, organic products and contemporary fashion.

Organised by De Ideaz, the event will run daily from 10am to 10pm.

India’s High Commissioner to Singapore Shilpak Ambule will be the guest of honour at the inauguration.

Among this year’s attractions is a Biryani Festival presented by Shaabaz Kitchen, alongside an Indian food festival offering regional specialities, street food and vegan options.

Tamil Nadu heritage brand Kandasami will showcase Kanjivaram sarees, while national award-winning artisans will conduct live demonstrations of Pichwai, Phad, Kalamkari and block printing.

Holistic wellness expert Mickey Mehta will speak on ancient wisdom and modern science. Other sessions will cover yoga, astrology, healthy living and longevity.

Literary highlights include the launches of The Chettis of South-East Asia by Chantal Sajan and Shiva 108 by the Hindu Centre.

More than 30 community organisations and partners will participate in cultural performances, competitions and workshops. Programmes include traditional South Indian music, a Kavi Sammelan and a Galatta Patti Mandaram featuring Mediacorp Vasantham personality Vadi.

De Ideaz founder and CEO Purnima Kamath said the exhibition would also help Indian artisans, small businesses and women entrepreneurs reach consumers and potential business partners.

She added that the platform aimed to strengthen Singapore-India business and cultural ties.
