Singapore will host Krishna Manjari 2025, a vibrant cultural festival celebrating the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita through performing and visual arts, on Sept 6, at 6.45pm at PGP Hall, 397 Serangoon Road.

Organised by Gita Jayanti Singapore, the event brings together eminent artistes from India and Singapore, weaving music, dance, and visual art into a spiritual tapestry.

The highlight of the evening will be the annual Bhajan Concert, headlined this year by Spoorthi Rao, a 20-year-old Carnatic vocalist and winner of Super Singer Junior 4.

Trained under renowned duo Ranjani-Gayatri, Spoorthi has performed across India and abroad, amassing over 30 million views on YouTube and commanding a strong social media following.

Accompanying her on the mandolin will be Vishwas Hari, a prodigious young musician from Chennai.

Adding rhythmic depth to the performance will be Siddanth Anand on the mridangam and Syam Lal on the tabla, both talented Singapore-based artistes.

The cultural showcase extends beyond music. The Bengali Association of Singapore will present expressive dance performances depicting the life of Lord Krishna.

A visual art exhibition at the foyer will feature works by Singapore-based artists, offering audiences a chance to engage with Krishna’s philosophy through creative interpretations.

The event is coordinated by Soorya Singapore and supported by community organisations.

Tickets and details are available at www.gitajayanti.org.sg or by contacting 93890407.
